This is to power a temporary instrument in the field, and protect it from the sun (and rain).
Things required:
- 13mm screwdriver (preferred), or 13mm spanner
- Battery
- Plywood board (as sunshield)
Transport
On each terminal: 2 metal M8 washers + 2 large nylon M8 washers + M8 nylon bolt
Setup
Bolt together (from bottom to top):
- battery terminal
- metal washer
- lead ring terminal
- metal washer
- nylon washer
- plywood board
- nylon washer
- (bolt)
